FreeSDN is a community-developed, open-source project. We don't have a sales team or a support desk, just email and GitHub. We answer on a best-effort basis.

contact@freesdn.orgSecurity & disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Email us privately with details and steps to reproduce, and give us time to remediate before public disclosure.

Discussions, feature requests, and bug reports happen in the open on GitHub. It's the fastest way to reach the project and other operators.
github.com/freesdnDonate hardware
FreeSDN gets better when it's tested against real devices. If you have spare or decommissioned gear, including switches, access points, NVRs and cameras, firewalls, gateways, PBX hardware, or storage, donating it directly helps us broaden and verify vendor support against the real thing. Donations are one-way (a device may be reflashed or even bricked while we build the adapter, and it isn't returned), and donors who want it get credited on the Supporters Wall.
Other ways to help
- Star and watch the project on GitHub.
- Contribute code, adapters, or docs. It's AGPL-3.0 and open to all.
- Report what works (and what doesn't) on your gear: real-world feedback shapes the roadmap.
